We will take all of the information given to us to come up with a quote that covers all ends of the service. Because we are licensed with the highest contracting license in Florida we are able to complete the whole project from land clearing to framing and finish work.

If you decide to move forward with BDAC we will get to plan out the blueprint for our build, order supplies, prep land, and get all our permits in place to get started. We make sure to not skip any steps so our building process runs smoothly and is done to the highest standards. 

Once our plan is ready and approved by you we get started on the build. We are very transparent about the cost and timeline of our construction so that you stay in the loop through the whole process. We are in touch through the whole process and value open communication with our customers.
